Pace, you mentioned you reduced your meals from 7 to 5.... this is the worst thing you could have doe, you want to increase meal frequency but reduce size and calories, to keep the furnace burning you need to stoke it every 2 hours, really small meals though, it will ramp up your metabolism. Last year towards the end of my diet i was eating every hour on the hour, eg half a protein shake and 1/4 potato... then 1/2 chicken breast next hour. You never feel satisfied (full) but the weight drops off and you retain a lot more muscle.
Sounds good Dave. I was wondering about meal frequency. Real1 was telling me something very similar so yeah Im gonna try to eat more frequent smaller meals. Thanks for the tip mate.

Pace.......from my brief contacts with Real1ty, it's my opinion that you will be in good hands. Has he told you that he charges $55 per hour for private consultations though? He's a bugger like that. ๐
Pace and Real1ty, i will be dieting as of monday, so i will confer with you as to results and changes i make, hopefully you will do the same. Good luck!
Yeah good luck with it dave...From what i have seen of your diet plan i think you will do very well i also like your cardio routine as i am a big fan of walking as apposed to treadmills/stationary bikes etc although they are all good.Just remember dave you have made the first and very important move....Deciding to do it....now just put it into action and dont let anything stand in your way... PS....Heres a little tip that i have found works for me and helps you to refocuss in times when you are having doubts... Look at the peeps on the streets as you are walking and pay attention to there condition and you will notice "most" are fat....Start to think of them as disgusting and that they are the exact oposite of what you want to be...Start to think of yourself as Part of an "Elite" group(which you are) and not just one of the norm....Good luck
well im no longer needed here ๐ good luck PACE , you'll bea machine in no time BtW.. evenly spaced meals over a day will keep your metabolisim running efficiently and constantly, allowing for a far grteater efficiency in body temp and fat burning capabilities not 2 mention overall vitality and energy GOOD LUCK MY FRIEND tEsT-x
Real1ty are you a trainer or a dietican?

No Dave i'm not, i am just using my own and knowledgable freinds experiences over many years (yes i'm old) together with lots of research over the years.I have treid sooo many diff diets and i and others have found that although we are all different there are also a lot of things that work for everyone. I have just recently finished a diet in prep for my cycle where i used these principles to go from 16%bf -10%(all natural) with very little muscle loss In short mate i am very interested in nutrition as i believe it is clearly the most important part of BB....
