Ditto: Pace when I was diagnosed last year, one result that came back answered a heap fo fat problems... estrogen. As menitoned earlier......... get your levels checked... pace i love it man, i just like the feeling of bustin my ass , i feel pupmded dude, i do it i also incorporate interval trainning thats y i posted em on SM..... one thing though start slow only to prevent overtrainning and injury best method ive found to get my cardiovascular system working after 2 years of hospital beds, slowed down now, gonna bulk then cut for summer in a week

i just got my fat done with electric currents, i was 10kg of fat 6 weeks ago now i was down to 5.5 or so, dont knw how accurate this method is but beats calipers my only prob is lower abdomen but my diet was spot on and i did gym cardio without a miss
