TEST btw,, ure first dramatic drop in weight wll probably be water , then the fat burning begins to kik in ๐ All of this is great advice, yes Test, it all made perfect sense. Do everythign Test said. I would also think of running a tren/test susp or prop cycle while I was dieting, that will ensure u keep your muscle.

If I ever get sick I have this soup: about 1 1/5kg chicken pieces (thighs and drumsticks are best) 1 knob of garlic (or however much you prefer) couple sticks of celery chopped crush the garlic, chop the celery and put the chicken pieces and everything into a big pan and add enough water to barely cover it all. Simmer on really low heat for about 5hrs. All the cartilage in the chicken should be dissolved. Chow down. ๐

Hey Pace , have to say its a bit tricky finding out whats going to work for you as far as both dieting and bulking goes , but recently you figured out how to pile on the weight (last cycle) you werent eating enought remember , well its going to be the same for cutting .... just have to figure it out mate. Some brilliant advice above ! The basics I have found out the last few weeks myself : eat less calories than I need for maintinence , keep the protien very high , drink a heap of water , some jungle juice to help stop muscle catabolism and last but not least : concistancy and focus. youll get there mate... Hey pace all ya got to do is go and get ya self a couple of eight balls of some of the puriest crystal meth that ya can get and shove it up ya arm. Watched some of my mates do that and they have lost kilos, but not only have they lost wieght but they have lost jobs, g/f and friends. I reckon that the best way is Tren And clen and 45mins - 1hour of cardio after a workout, and not going to bed on a full tummy, but keep a packet of jelly babies handy as a small snack. Good luck bro
