Albuterol is effective and quite safe. T3 is another choice.
liftsiron is a fictional character and should be taken as such.

if you HAD to go a certain route I would say Albuterol. Taking T3 for women can be dangerous. I know of quite a few ladies who have permanantly screwed up their thyroids doing cycles exactly as they should. Women seem much more sensitive then men in this regard as I know many men who have had no issues. Ephedra is another option.

Now seriously, why not just some caffeine (maybe on a empty stomach); low to moderate intensity cardiovascular training (running seems great) 2 times a day and heavy weight training including the basic compound exercises like the Bench Pressing, Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead Presses, Rows with some isolation exercises?

you can add appropriately dosed yohimbine hcl to that coffee on an empty stomach 10 minutes prior to exercise and you will have a very effective fat burner. You just have to be careful with dose the yhcl as the sides can be uncomfortable.
