I believe the most effect way to use clen is four weeks on and two weeks of.

I'm not dosing right now. I was just curious if 4 days on 2 days off actually works. I've seen people dose this way but I don't think it works.

I've seen people post their clen cycle as 4 days on, 2 days off. They do this for several weeks without Ketotifen to up regulate the receptors. So does this protocol work? Is there any studies to back it up? Any studies to disprove it?
I have never bought that protocol either.
Does anybody know for sure if that really works?

An ec stack isn't a good idea while off of clen because it works on the same receptors.
I like to use keto during clen, helps me run it longer without having to stop.
