Has anybody used clen while bulking to take advantage of the fact that it slows down protein synthesis? I was thinking about using it while bulking but am uncertain. Thoughts on this?
personally i dont find it purposeful for bulking. save it for cutting. sure it slows down protein systhesis but it also burns fat by raising the body temperature slightly. i think you would have to consume an enormous amount of calories to bulk on clen and that defeats the whole purpose of using it. eat, eat some more, and when your full, just eat.
I"ve run it with slin and test while bulking. I would never run slin without it again actually. It helped keep some fat off. Only ran it for 2 weeks followed by 2 weeks of ECA to finish off my 4 weeks of slin. After that I just stayed on the test.
superclen with ketofin wa pretty good for bulking..
i did the same thing as little willy, really helps with the slin...
I'm using it right now to bulk,its helping to keep down some of the body fat.
if its affecting your appetite in any way, just stop using it, my main concern would be loss of appetite, i'm always on eca or clen pretty much year around whether i'm trying to bulk or cut. i'll just use it in moderation for the extra energy or slight metabolism boost.
What about DNP while bulking? (with a little insulin)
