Is there a consensus for duration of clen, Albuterol use before these drugs become ineffective due to down-regulation of beta-2 receptors?
And how long "off" before receptors normalize?
Also-- as for dose. I remember Duchaine saying something like "take as much as you can handle"
You guys agree with this?

certainly with clen there seems to be concensus that two weeks on two weeks off is optimal although these times can be altered with the use of Ketotifen. it is also agreed that you can basically use as much as you can tolerate, i would say between 100-150mcg's. no experience with Albuterol.
