I'm about to have my hands on the liquid t3 at 150mcg/ML I've read I should start at 25/25/25/50/50/50/75/75/75/100/100/100 then taper down the same dose's a day... But how can I make 25mcg what should I use or does anyone else have a better way? Any help would be great
Tapering is a total waste of time and has no benefit. Simply start at 100 mcg. per day and finish at 100 mcg. per day. Studies have shown that using T3 for years doesn't damage the thyroid gland, and full function returns within a few weeks after T3 use is stopped.
I know it's going to sound like a stupid question, but here goes. How is T3 and ECA Different from each other. I have been using ECA before races and I like that it buffers the pain receptor, I think it's also speeds up your metabolism?
So what does TS do? does it not also just increase metabolism or does is give you more energy by burning fats, carbs and protein faster than a ECA stack?
So what I really want to know is can the two be used together, ECA for the stimulation effect on pain receptors and then T3 to produce more energy?
