man hes right glutamine just doesn't do the same as steroids...:uhoh: Imagine that considering it is a SUPPLEMENT!!!! Dude im not gonna bash anyone about what they think is good. So what blows me away is that you are cussing people and imo making yourself look and sound rediculous. I mean do you get any major growth and development off of B-complex, or glucosomine, or any other SUPPLEMENT. Its not for growth its for the health of your body so it can grow at the utmost potential. Come on guys. 😮

Hmmm...I still hear talking but very little posting of pics, looks like we got another internet toughguy. BTW I use glutamine before bedtime to help with my cortisol levels overnight.

Hmmm.... Everyone bashing everyone's opinions - typical anabolex thread. lol I will go on record by saying that, in my humble opinion, I do not believe glutamine (in it's regular, everyday form) to be effective at all RIGHT NOW. However, I was not aware of Yates' glutamine so that might be effective. I can't say because I have just heard about it. Unless you can take regular glutamine intravenously (and you can't), I see it as worthless. I say 'right now' because I think that some company may come out with a way to make it effective and easily assimilated. Yates' may have already done this. To all the guys that have all the answers, this is simply my opinion from both using it myself for years and a ton of my clients using it, also. It is only MY opinion and, yes, I have seen the studies on both sides. Skip [email protected]

It is only MY opinion and, yes, I have seen the studies on both sides No one can bash anyone's opinion if they state it like they think it's a fact. It's easy to bash someone presenting their opinion as a fact, I guess. That's what really burns me up about a lot of the know-it-alls on boards...They present what they think as fact. Anyone who presents an opinion or something that they're unsure of as being a fact is a total idiot. Thank you FLEX for presenting yours as just an opinion. That said, glutamine seems to work for some people and not others. Scientifically speaking, it doesn't show much promise. Real-world, some people like it for recovery. It goes both ways. I've never tried it. Loudmouths like TheSpectre don't like it; okay. A lot of others do. Oh, and the OTC = garbage is laughable. What a douche.
