Is taking Vitamine K2 (Menaquinone / Menaq7 / MK7) recommended for athletes?
I've read it is good for cardiovascular health (clears calcium/cholesterol deposits) and bone health (increases bone mineral density); but on the other hand it is also needed for normal coagulation of blood.
I was wondering if this could lead to abnormal blood clotting, or if this is safe to take (in normal dosages of 45µg/dag)?
