glad you are cool with it. im still waiting to hear sb tell me how awesome i am for changing his life! seriously though i am really hoping it worked for him and very excited to hear his results if any. i do a lot event and other work besides typical training and this particular change in periworkout feeding has dramatically changed my training specifically endurance with heavy shit.
Kinda soon to talk about results Pills. I'll say this tho. Recovery was fine. Feel about the same as usual. The test will be if endo insulin spike is anabolic over time. When you made the first post about not doing pwo carbs I thought 'this fucker's stupid'. Then you posted about pre wo carbs for an insulin spike and got my attention. Big a taught me how to use pre wo exo slin and that worked quite well so I figured this will work too. Anyway, I'm going to keep doing thing this way and see how strength gains are. I did eat plenty of carbs and protein over an hour later. Continued on the carb pushback on non-training days (today) too. I think this is going to work well.

Don't wanna log on here but I did delts and back today. Stength was up, recovery from last wo was good. Have to say Pills is right. This works quite well.
