Have heard of this stuff before, but I got reminded of it a couple of weeks ago from a flyer inside a box of supps received. Isn't it just sesame oil? Does it help at all in losing weight? All the reviews I've read are either really good or really bad.
Scivation Sesamin, lab tested for potency and purity, contains a high-grade extract of Sesamin, a naturally occurring lignan found in sesame oil. Research has shown Sesamin can help maximize fat loss, support liver and kidney health and maintain healthy lipid profiles. Sesamin can be safely used in conjunction with other supplements such as Scivation Xtend and Primaforce Thermal Rage to maximize fat loss and body composition and Primaforce Max CLA, Pure ALA and Lean Green to support overall health and wellness. thats the hype from a product on bodybuilding.com, looks like its just an extract from sesame oil. they talk about its ability to alter lipid profile, flax oil and fish oils do the same thing. why not just use sesame oil to cook with, it adds great flavor to stir fry and chicken. I think this is just a dietary fat supplement like flax and omega 3 oils. buy some flax oil and supp it, you cant cook well with it, and use your sesame oil and olive oil to cook with.
buy some flax oil and supp it, you cant cook well with it, lol yes i wish i knew that before i used it to cook in a couple of years ago, kitchen stunk for a week, and food was unpalatable. not good at all.
ive tried it too, it just burns up, the sesame oil is a lower heat oil also but no where near as bad as flax.
