DNP and Salicylates
I want to know your opinions:
Salicylates (like sodium salicylate and acetylsalicylic acid) are known by it ability to uncopuling the oxidative phosphorilation, such as 2,4-dinitrophenol. This may occur with high doses, around 4-8g/day and it is a very commented negative effect of therapies that uses acetylsalic acid in these dosage (like the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis). It's good to remember that the adverse effects of high doses of salicylates (salicylism) are more frequent in dosages above 15g/day.
So, what do you think about the utilization of salicylates in burn fat programs, like a DNP substitute??
Observation: I know that DNP is much more secure than the salicylates, but I want to discuss this possibility.
Thanks!!
how come may it be on a safer side?
salicylates impair lipolysis.
