what can be taken to enhance the way you feel during a race , what i mean is something easy to get and it will keep the legs feeling strong and the cardio under control.

caffeine, maybe a little ephedrine, some arginine too. Some guys use tramadol but I would avoid that slippery slope.

Corticoids...like the corticoid of choice that Lance had in his system (saddle cream he he he) Kenalog/Kenacort(triamcinolone ).
36-48 hours out inject 20-40mg IM..then go for a ride to circulate the drug. If dose and timing are correct your legs will feel like steel rods on race day and you can hammer a larger gear much longer.

YES...the only thing that you cannot take is a SERM re: clotting.
If you race tested races do not take SERMS.

My problem is that I cant get any corticoids IM, only tablets. Is there any protocol on them?

You can take them a little earlier ...like 12-24 hour pre race. You need to experiment on this.
