After many years of shooting B12 and Bcomp.I changed to oral ;fed up with stabbing myself unnecessarily.I have been using solgar B12 1000ug sublingual nuggets.I take 2 PD (recco.dose 1 PD)I had blood tests done B4 E cycle and B12 was 1250pmol/l way higher than top reference range.So I would say this oral dose would be OK 2-3 PW.M/track

are you guys shooting B12 every day?!? I got my level to 1500 after ED for a week, EOD for another week and then 1x/week after that. Can't say it's made a difference, but it's so hard to tell these days

I was using ED at first;but with the very high level;i think ED is unnecessary.M/Track

I am not in USA i have never heard of them.I beleive Solgar is sold world wide that is the brand i use,to work properley the tab has to be used sublingual these tabs have different compounds added so they disolve under the tounge;a normal oral B12 tab would not be as effective.M/track

Is this the one? it says chewable, not sublingual.

Chewable is same as normal tabs.M/track
