The title says it all. She is not keen on epedrine or any other stimulants. So, and she wont take any aas, so I am kinda out of any good ideas. The only thing that I could come up with was creatine. Any body got any ideas on this one. Thanks.

It won't do shit bro....it's only good for sprints.
Just get her out for 4 hour ride once a week and then make sure she is doing a couple days of threshold work. 3 X 20 on a hill.....or 5 X 10 on the flats. Or she can motor pace behind you when you ride at threshold...then she might be at threshold too.
Hydration and food will be key for her in the 100miler....make sure she is drinking a lot of sports drink and eating once every hour or so.

If she is new to this you may want to try to get her on a schedule for eating and drinking, tell her to take a small sip of a good sport drink every 5 minutes and a small bite of an energy bar or a sip of energy gel every 15 minutes. Get her a good bike computer with large easy to read display of the time and distance. Even if she misses 1/2 of the eating / drinking she'll still be ok on that schedule. But get her to practice it now, I can't tell you how many people I've taken out for their first Ironman and had them blow up because they just forget to eat. When the legs are doing that much work I suppose there is no blood left for the brain eh?!

Her best bet is to just pace herself and stay hydrated. Next month I'm doing the AIDS/Lifecycle ride, 545 miles from Frisco to L.A. Thats gonna be tough. I had to raise $2,500 on top of that too.
