What do you guys think of taking NO3 while taking creatine at the same time. I have'nt found anything on the board about the nitrous oxide, but do see alot of good things about creatine. I have been on some skw german stuff and see gains, and now about to see what this NO3 is about. I just need some advice about what it really does and if it will help with gains. thanks

if its anything like NO2 or the other nitric supplements I have heard nothing but bad things about them. Better off to save the money for more Whey Isolate, glutamine, multi vit, flax oil etc.

I agree with acid that NO2 was worthless. It gave users a better pump, but that was about it. Never ran NO3 though. Creatine is good to go. Most users love it, a few are non-responders but they are in the minority. I always use it when bulking and for PCT.

I have been on the NO3 for 7 days and it seems to be working. I have been getting great pumps and they last round the clock. I have been on Dbol'>D-bol and it is like that, your all the time pumped up and could take off your shirt and pose at any time. I am the most pumped during my workout and up to 2 hours later. Then the muscles relax, when i wake up the next morning the muscle groups that i worked the day before are ripped, i look huge in the morning when i wake up, and have huge wood too. I can stay hard for hours on this shit too, its like viagra. I have to say that it is worth it just for the good pumps and huge boners ( my girl loves it, she gets tired before me). I also bought a book since I started this thread and it has helped alot, it is telling me to stop the creatine for ten days then reload and continue with both as I would normally. I have to give NO3 a thumbs up for the pumps, and I will keep you posted as far as size and mass goes as time will tell.

Sorry, I havent tried the others. But, I have a friend who tried NO2, and he seemed to be satisfied. He was the one that turned me onto the NO products. But, he doesnt have the bottle anymore.

Do a search on NO2 you will see that your results are typical from the feedback i have seen the product just doesn't work.

Someone else was talking about NO3 awhile back also. I think what is meant is the L-Arginine AKG that produces NO2. Found in "NO2" (name of the product) from MRI, Nitrogenx or Muscle Nitrous from VPX. The Muscle Nitrous gives a good description of the AKG

I bought mine from www.dpsnutrition.com < I also bought the book from MRI (the creator of creatine) and it talks about how this could be the best supplement since creatine and protein shakes. It makes your body absorb your meals better and widens your arteries and veins to get oxygen to the muscle too. There are side effects from it though and I think that they are the best thing going for it: Viagra effect, perpetual pump, and nicer skin. But I think the nicer skin if from the 12 glasses of water you have to drink to keep the creatine and the NO hydrated and functioning. I have the book on it so if you have any ?'s I will be glad to answer them from the book itself.

try 250 mg of niacin, but not the non flush or time released versions. Just regular niacin. it's cheap and youl get so pumped with blood your face and skin will turn sunburnt red. Don't worry, you won't die. you may feel real hot and burning, but that only lasts a few hours. It stimualtes GH too, up to 40 percent when taken with glutamine.

Is it possible that NO2 and other similar products can increase your blood pressure?
