Newbie question on PH and anti-e

Im very new to prohormones and gear and this board. Can someone please tell me what is a good PH for a first time user to take? Also, how do you get this stuff? Are the good prohormones legal and available in online stores? And what about the side effects? Ive been reading the board for a while and I know that I need to take some kind of an estrogen blocker. What's a good one to get? And how legal/easy to get are these? Basically I just want to know whats a good newbie PH and anti-e for me to take and how to get it. Thanks tin advance.
