Hello I am new to Anabolex. I was wondering if the Impact Pro bodybuilding stack was any good? As advertised by Jeff Summers, or is it a waste of my cash? If it is a waste what would be the right way to go. I have trained for about the last 25 years on & off. For the last two years it has been very regular. Here are some stats age 39, weight 245lb, 5' 11" body fat about 20% maybe more. I am looking to lean out and lose some more "BF". 20-25 lbs I lift 2-3 times per week & cardio 3-4 times per week. I have tried very strict dieting, low carbs. I am eating enough for my training. I was looking for an edge to help give me a kick start to get off of this platuea. I have been stuck for about 4 1/2 months. Any ideas?? Thanks a lot you can also pm me.
the only impact this will have is on your wallet!

welcome, bro.admin's right. Maybe try what Valkyl said and try a different routine,I change mine every 6-8 weeks when I start to loose strength. timba
I am not losing strentgh,& I do change up what I do. I just can't seem to get any leaner.
You could try using the old ECA stack. That will help with tweaking your metabolism to burn fat and to curb appetite.
