I just need to know this. I've used ALa for quite a while, I beleeve it worked pretty good and now I see some studies saying it doesn't do shit. As for R-ALA, I know it's a different product(in a way), and I need to know how many of you tried both ALA and R-ala. Please explain for me what you noticed with both, differences if any. Did you get any results at all with any of them?

In my opinion, both worked for me...and I like to take both.
I highly recommend Na R+ala. I am very pleased and had been waiting for a more highly effective and stable form of R+ala to emerge. Well, it has. I made an informed decision. It is the best ALA product on the market to date. For me, it is indispensible.
