Does this form of creatine absorb without carbs? I'm wanting to reduce fast carbs on non workout days but stay on creatine.

If I've been using 5 grams of the monohydrate, how much esterfied will replace it?

unless you have gotten 50%bovine serum 50% super plasma from protein factory you have tasted nothing. tastes like a rotting tampon smells. i promise you its something that has to be taken very seriously...fucking rancid bile death. i remember ip's products well, so well in fact one order was enough.
