E has become more freely avaliable on the net (especially in USA) u guys must make sure u know what u are doing B4 u use this drug(pref under a doctors guidance)It can b fatal. U must have a HCT tester or at least a Hb tester and a BP monitor B4 u even think of starting a cycle and do weeks of research.In Europe in the eighties a few riders learned the hard way!.Be Safe.
PROTOCOL:
1; Get fe (iron)levels and stores tested before starting Epo cycle.If fe levels are low + 200mg fe (oral)2 x p/d may be required to raise fe levels before starting Epo cycle.
2; Be sure to take a good anti-oxidant to counter effect of free radicals caused by fe (iron) NOT VIT.E (it counters fe absorbtion).
3; Take 3.0gm of vit C with iron (it helps with absorbtion).
4; Check B.P. before starting cycle(if it is above normal levels --do not start Epo cycle !) ;especially if you intend using Epo and AAS together,keep a 2 x p/w check on B.P. thru-out cycle.

If anyone needs a source for reliable, effective, inexpensive HgB meters or an online service that will get you a blood test w/o having to explain to your doc later why you have Hct of 55 and HgB of 18.3, let me know.

PLEASE!!!! for all the people who know where these sources are, please be smart and dont give them away to all these new people comming out of no where that have 4 posts. You guys know how hard many of us had to work to find sources. Please, if you a newbe DONT ASK! Im not telling you crap until you prove that you know something about what it is, and your someone of the mid to upper level. if you just starting out. just learn from what you read. plus, if you dont know where these sources are, your prob. not in the upper level (meaning YOU SHOULD NOT BE USING THEM ANYWAYS!)

HgB X 3 is pretty much your HCT.
EPO is a 2-3 week program to what any AAS can do in 10 -14 weeks at Base line dosages. I think the best avenue is to raise HCT through AAS's(if your not being tested) which can get you too the high 40's(47-49). Then find enough EPO @ 50IU PER/KG at 2-3(50iu/KG) hits a week for 3 weeks to do the rest. If you want to get even more indepth and have the $$$ AAS for 12 weeks, Attitude TENT and this is a awesome route for a rider who does get tested to raise HCT in the winter months then shift off with a good PCT to just the TENT to suport the HCT, along with a solid IRON/FOLIC ACID and B12 schedule. EPO is a mild PED but a very dangerous one. You monitor and see the increase FAST and the tempatation of more is good is there and can create a serious Health situation if not careful. AAS in mild baseline dosages that do not covert to Estrogen(EQ-Tren) are amazing choices. They act much like EPo buit again at alot slower rate, plus they with proper diet can enhance a positive envroment for strength/muscular gains. Where not talking Mr. Olympia but you can see a change all the same.

Good post 55 ,I beleive the altitude tent has been banned in Italy.Can u imagine getting caught smuggling a tent across the Italian border; caught in possesion of an illegal TENT!, what next. M/track
