All depends on diet and exercise bro. ECA is a very small factor.
liftsiron is a fictional character and should be taken as such.
i liken it to "flipping a switch", when you flip it the pounds melt away, you make those adjustments in your diet that are necessary and add in the cardio essention for good cv health. eca and other supplements like it can play an important role in psyching you up for the weight loss. The do contribute but it really is that flipping the switch that does the trick.
speaking of that i need to flip that switch myself. waiting for some gh....

I just don't feel well while on that kind of stuff . Diet, exercise and ... work better for me.

Thanks for the replies.
I have a really good diet and train around 20+hrs a week on the bike. I am resonably lean around 72kg but struggle to loose that extra 2-3kg hence why I am looking at these products.
that sounds like an appropriate goal.
