Does anyone here believe that the R-ALA that fast400 sells isn't as good as AF's?

Does anyone have any proof or believe that the R-ala is any different?

I'm sick of going to other boards and seeing members say something one way or the other...without any proof.

I believe that Ulter has a kickass product with his R-ala...but what about the Fast400 R-ala?

I think this would be worth sponsoring a lab assay for...to just settle all the damn he said, she said shit between the two products.

I agree, a lab assay would be good, especially since he sells it for $15 a bottle, if its real then I'd start buying from him. Then Syntrax is selling r-ALA, but I wouldnt trust them without a lab assay either. And the Fina board is selling r-ALA supposedly also. But if all these companies are selling the real deal then the competition is definately a good thing to bring the price down.

how about Gotfina's Purala too, i rmeber macro stating some people said it wasnt good, and the lab assay was fake. We should have 3 people order, and then send in those samples.

I've never tested any R-ALA... but I know as a fact that Mike (1fast400.com) puts a lot of effort to keep the quality of his product high...

If anyone knows a good place to do the testing, I guess it would be a good experiment...

There is a place called "San Rafael" I think that does testing. Geez...I forget.

Anyways, I'll send in a bottle of 1fast400's as a sample. I swear, I've seen this on 4-5 boards about the differences between Ulter's and Mike's.

Im sure that both products are top notch. I personally choose to support Ulter over at AF. That board is great, and as long as its around it will be my home for AAS/training/nutrition info. Ulter is a great guy IMO.

This is by no means a knock to 1fast400. My point is send your money to whom you support. A big problem with our mass consumerism is that in pursuit of the best deal we forget what our money goes too and how it effects our culture(in this case BB culture). Luckily in this case, its a win/win situation.

I have nothing against Ulter. I respect him very much. However, there are things that fast400 carries that AF doesn't, and I'm not going to make a special order w/ shipping costs if I don't have to out of convenience and $$. The point of my thread is this...is it the same thing?

My point really isn't about support as much as putting an end to the speculation tht fast400's R-ala might not be what some claim it is...

I got ya bro.

One thing to make you feel better about 1fasts product-
when Fonz did glucose testing he used both 1fast400 and AF r-ALA. As anal as Fonz gets with his research I would assume he would have noted a difference in glucose readings, but he didnt. Thus I would venture out to say that its just as good.

I feel ya on the multiple product ordering though.I'm lucky enough to live in a big city where supp store competition is competitive. I have 3 stores within 15 minutes w/ the same prices on protein, creatine and thermos as 1fast400.

Having that for supplement stores in the area must be beautimus. The only shit around here is fuckin' GNC's...

Also, I've used Ulter's and am using fast400's now, and I haven't noticed a difference...they are good products in my book. I used Ulter's for a long time and it was definitely kick ass.

San Rafael does not have the equipment to test it.

the assay for purala is bogus, it is not possible to test r+alpha lipoic by that HPLC based method. confirmed by at least 4 labs, reputable ones.

there are two properly tested products at this time: GlucorellR and the Labiochem (italy)

considering you are in business with him and that he virtually created your customizer business by destroying protein factories, your opinion is.......

and it has nothing to do with him, several companies, including jarrow have been sold 80/20 as R+. Unless you test.. you dont know...

and HPLC does not cut it.
