So I have been trying to do some research on products that would increase Testosterone and not have much downside (convenience, cost, side-effects, health risks). It seems like many on the forum support Novadex XT. I am trying to increase my lean muscle, improve my recovery from training, and decrease inflammation.
My questions are:
- Why not take DHEA instead? It is very cheap, easy to get, and seems like it has been giving good results.
- If you were to take DHEA, what dose would you take? I have been taking 25 mg two times per day.
- Should it be taken on an empty stomach or full? I have not seen anything definitive on this. I have been taking it on an empty stomach and have been having no problems at all, but I am worried about absorption and its effectiveness.
- For those who have taken it (or something else) what kind of cycle would you recommend? Or would you cycle it at all?

any AI's would be a much better choice. Empty stomach or not doesnt make a noticeable difference, if your concerned still, take with some healthy fats.

how old are you? if you are not over 40 there is really no point to taking dhea. there is a lot a research here on the board and none of it supports taking dhea to boost testosterone.
