The only product I have used that really seems to burn surface fat is Lipoderm by Avant. They have a new and improved version called Lipoderm Ultra now. This type of "spot reducing" gel/cream does not help you lose loads of bodyfat. It is only worth it for those that already have dieted off most of their fat and just have a little stubborn fat left on their low back or low abs. Do not expect miracles!

Only spot reducer I ever used that worked was Pgf2. This isn't a OTC supp however. But it was effective.

Only thighs, butt, hips, love handles, and lower abdomen. You can get more rips in the delts from better diet and cardio.

Cutting gel eh? I was made to answer this one. In a word, SHIT. You might as well rub diarea all over yourself. I used that crap for a month, and NOTHING. NOT TO MENTION, I was dieting for a shootfight, taking in 0 carbs a day, worked out for a grueling hour of serious Kickboxing(Muay Tai, not girly tae Bo shit) in the morning, BEFORE I ATE, plus had another three hours of jiu jitsu later in the nite. That was my schedule 5 or 6 days a week . I would put the gel on my gut before my morning training session. If it didn't work for me, it ain't workin for anybody. Save yourself the 96 bucks.
