I know that AS increases creatine storage in the muscles, so I see supplementing small dosage of creatine to have available in the body so the AS can store it into your muscles. But do the regular larger doses of creatine (25 gram loading phases, 5 gram mantanence doses; or the non-loading 10 grams straight through averages, I know there are different opinions on whether loading phases are required) help while on AS or is it a waste since the AS stores creatine into the muscles for you? Anyone feel they get extra benefits from creatine when on cycle? I'm taking over a gram of week of test and am wondering if the AS and light supplementing of creatine to have for the AS to store will max out my creatine requirements so I don't need to take the amount of creatine natural guys use. (I know it's cheap, i'm curious if anyone feels it helps them or if non-natural bros feel it's a waste). (Also, maybe since AS stores creatine in your muscles for you, maybe you won't need so much of sugar/dextrose used in those creatine/sugar combos?)
