I agree with JB, get out. Even if you go somewhere like a forest where there is no one around, so you can be emotional if you like, in private, at least you will be in a different environment.
Keep the test up, even if you dont train imeadiatly, it will help, I am sure of it.
I have a poor appitite, and it is very easily effected by stress, so I know how you feel to a degree, I lost 5kg in a week before a powerlifting comp recently due to stress and arguments at home, and then the weight loss stressed me more, which made me eat less.
It is a viscous circle, plus your body eating itself for nutrition is going to make you feel worse.
