so I go the community pool for some sun and bikinis, fold out my chair sit down and rip the bottom out of the chair. Hmmmmm, my gear must be workin, lets hear some other... my gear must be workin stories.

hahaha... I hit some nice size gains after week 4 of my d bol cycle. My mother notices and makes some comment to me "what have you been eating, and doing to yourself?" I was at a loss for words... I told her i changed my diet and started eating Ginsing.
