I'm gonna start a cycle using Test Prop 200mg/eod/ 1-12wks, Dbol 30mg/d/1-6wks and want to keep the most of the LBM gained. Two theories that I have heard to keep one's gains on Prop/Dbol stack are: 1) Eat moderately- Keeping carbs low/Protein high, use ldex throughout to keep water retention down, and use an ECA at the end and w/ post cycle. (less LBM overall and lower BF% than theory #2) 2) Eat everything and a lot of it, use ldex throughout/optional, and worry about losing water and the BF post cycle by heavy dieting/cutting cycle because although you will lose mass cutting you would have more of it to begin with than by theory #1 alone and will end up with more. (more LBM overall after cutting, but higher BF% during/post cycle than #1) which one do you think is more sound, or do you have another theory that works?

Well some EQ would help if you can get your hands on that, 500-600mg week would do great for keeping your gains. A decent post cycle therapy would help ALOT, nolva, clomid, HCG. What are you goals for the cycle, current stats would also help, how many cycles have you done?

I'm 31- 6'2" - 220 w/ big bloat from loading cell-tech which I will never do again, BF% don't know. i have been lifting for 4 years. It's my first cycle and I can get anything from my friend, but this was the cheapest cycle w/ the ldex, clomid, hcg. I would love to do deca or eq with this cycle but can't afford it right now. I was thinking about those in my 2nd cycle and keeping it simple this one to see how I react to AS. I would really like to keep a solid 10lbs of LBM w/keeping water/BF low at the same time. But any gain is a good gain, as long as it isn't wasted.
