ok, i'm 5'6 175lbs BF??. i'm a pretty lean guy all except my stomach and around my chest. i guess i stored quite a good amount of fat in my stomach and chest while bulking from 150-175. i want to get up to 205lb and be ripped around 185-190. the thing i need to know is if i go ahead and bulk up to the weight i want too, will it be to hard for me to get down to the ripped abs and such or should i go ahead to get rid of the fat and lose some of the weight i have gained so far. thanks alot for your time.
you will put on weight while bulking up, and you will lose muslce while cutting. if you put on 30lbs (15muscle + 15 fat) and lose 20lbs of muslce trying to cut that 15lbs of fat then you are going backwards. if you bulk without letting the fat get out of hand (proper diet, and not eating crap) then you can keep fat to a minimum and it makes things easier later.
Eat a good lean diet while bulking and like was said above the weight you gain will be quality weight. Then use some clen or ECA type supplement, and increase your cardio. While doing that adjust your diet accordingly and make sure you keep eating clean and you shouldn't have a problem.
