What the hell 5pds weight gain off of prop/fina???

Ive been on a prop 600mg a week and fina 75mg eod cycle for six weeks and ive gained only about five pounds. What the hell is going on some tell me. This is my 4th cycle my stats are 6'2 228 training for 6 years 23 yrs old.comments appreciated. Anyone think i should bump up the dosage??

might be bunk prop. otherwise i dunno, to be honest i didn't see much weight gain off of fina. do u see changes in the mirror? is your strength up?

Id say strenght is definately up and i could workout for 3 hrs and not be tired. Sex drive is through the roof. Its definately not fake because i made it myself.

Would i see a difference at 1000mgs a week of test and mabye stop the fina for a few weeks.

You need to double the fina to 75mg a day.

Juice doesn't necessarily make you gain weight (water maybe). Groceries is where it's at. Diet has always been my down fall. too many times a trainee will depend on the juice and their workouts for strength and gains, and we tend to forget about the other part of the triangle......FOOD!!!!!!

could be food as others have said but how do you look. though you may not have gained lbs you may look more defined with fuller muscles and may even look bigger without the gain. ask a driend that tells it like it is. someone thats an asshole but tells the truth. could be you just lost some BF.

I am running Fina precontest(the prop killed me so I had to stop) and I have leaned out and built muscle, and have not lost a pound. 400g protein and 200-300g carbs. So if your intake is not higher than that you obviously wont gain much weight.

the scale is not always a good indicator to go by. you could be losing fat with the fina. so go by how you look in the mirror

Eat more bro! Try 5500-6500 calories a day, 500-600grams Protein, 500-600grams Carbs. Only do cardio 1x week (if at all). What's your BF %? 6'2" 228 isn't that great (unless you have a low BF) for already doing 3 previous cycle's. It sounds like you might not have been eating enough all along during your other cycle's (not trying to give you shit since I don't know what your BF% is; just seems like you're kinda light for being 6'2" 228lbs with 3 previous cycle's).

Bro, how much wieght were you expecting to gain? What results were you wanting to achieve? In my past experiences with fina, it mainly hardened me up and made me look alot more cut, the wieght gain was not real great. But last time I added a little EQ and used some cyp and adex and it worked very well.But you will retain less water with prop, Don't rely too much on what your scale reads, Are you happy with the results you see in the mirror?

Are you getting harder? could be the fina leaning you out. I took a prop/ fina mix and couldnt gain a pound to save my life, but I got much harder and stronger. Although I also took primo. I was eating everything too. You may be gaining muscle but losing fat.
