may be a silly question to some, i know water is very important, but can anyone tell me why it's so important with body building to drink soo much...a gallon a day. i here it a lot and i'm trying to increase my uptake, when i tell people about increasing there water intake and they ask me why i dont have a good answer.. peace.
clense your liver 🙂
water is needed for a lot of chem reactions in your body.. since with BB you are trying to maximize your body's ability to build muscle, decrease fat and increase strength,( all are due to chem reactions) having an ample supply of water would be prudent. since an average joe do nothing is recommended to have something like eight 8oz glasses per day i would also think since we are doing way more than 2x the amt of physical activity and more than 2x the eating it would stand to reason to also increase your H2O by at least 2x from the joe do nothing standard. plus water helps in gastric emptying and allows you to eat more food more often. this is my opinion...
