Water and oil

I say why not? The oil and water never mix so it's not like the oil will slow down the absorbtion of the water based product. Mix em up, less jabs

its fine,,,common bro-logic says otherwise,,,but i inject water based b-12 with most my injections with great success and less pain,,,,some will say it reduces the oil spread ability in the muscle however thats false as any water based solution is usually esterless and is absorbed at a quicker rate than the oil, leaving the oil to dissapate on its own timed ester content,,,,also there is a ficticious rumor also that ive heard that the oil based solution encapsulated the water based ,leading to an abscese, which is also non-fact based bro-logic,,,so in a nut shell its fine

Thanks guys. Its like you siad, some say ya and some say na. I didnt see the harm until someone said no. I dont think I did get a reason. Two of my friends do it know problem and like you said, thins the oil out. You just confurmed what they said.
