Hey everyone. I want some comments and advice on my upcoming DNP cycle. First off, I'll be flying out of state for work where I'll be working nights and I really don't care if I'm sweaty and nasty because I'll be working or I'll be sleeping in my sub-60 degree hotelroom. My main concern is flying with the DNP, but I'm gonna put it in an off brand energy supplement bottle and it's in red caps, so it shouldnt be a problem.
I'll be using 200mg for 3 days, 400mg for 3 days, and then 600mg for 14 days. I'll also be running 50mcg of t3 per day (I'll be using it for 8 weeks because I'll be doing another DNP cycle when I leave out-of-town2 weeks after I get back for another 3 weeks).
Other supplements:
500-700mg of r-ala per day
2700mg of green tea extract
Sleep Formula:
9mg Melatonin
750mg Valerian Root
1600mg Magnesium
6 Xenedrine EFX
Diet:
3-4 Extreme body 50 RTDs
Some type of lean plain sandwich on wheat
2 Grilled chicken breasts
1/2 Gallon of V8
2 cups mixed berries
minimum 2 gallons of Water (I drink that much normally, probably 3 gallons is more realistic)
Training:
30 - 60 min cardio (going by feeling) everyday
Total body workout 2 times per week (gotta get a day pass at the gym up there so my normal 5 day per week routine is out)
For the most part I'll be sleeping 12 hours a day except the weekends when I'm off that will probably goto 16-20 hours in 2 sessions, and yes I can easily do that...I'm a freak of nature when it comes to sleeping
Have you used it before? 600mg is quite an unpleasent dose, you will not feel good, if this is your 1st time, I would stick with 400 for a few more days to make sure you can tollorate it.
I agree. I would much rather run the same total dose at 200 mgs. per day for as long as it takes than to go to 600 mgs.
I really liked pineapple when I used DNP. It seemed to give me energy. I also thought ephedrine helped a lot, I would consider it almost essential.
I've used it 6 times...including a 2 month run of 250mg per day. I preferred the higher dosed shorter (if you call 3 weeks of DNP short) cycles because it seemed a lot more effective. I've gone to 800mg which is my absolute limit, and I may go up to 800mg on my next trip depending on how much I lose this time.
I also plan to run 2 Benedryls per day with my sleep formula because without it I get a rash on my wrist and inner thighs.
