up test e dosage?

hello all,wondering i'm currently on week 6 of a 500 mg test e cycle,i kickstarted it with 20 mg of m1t a day.i know most of u will say m1t is junk but i got real good results from it.11 pounds in 3 weeks.my weight is basically staying the same if not goin down a bit,should i maybe up my dose to 750 a week?this is my first cycle.i've heard some people just need more test to grow.tryin ot take in close to 4000 calories a day,train5x a week.is it safe midcycle to up the dose?any input would be appreciated thanks!!!

if this is your first cycle i wouldn't go more than 500mg/week of test. that's just from what i've read. i'm running test e at about 400mg/week and am also on week 6 and havn't really gained much at all. i think it just takes a while sometimes with the test e. i'm thinking about adding some Tbol for the last 4 or 5 weeks actually (gonna run the test for about 13 weeks). i'd say just give it another week or two. that's what i'm going to do.

No do not up the dose. Up your calories. You are now 11lbs heavier then when you started, so it may take more claories to keep you growing.

make sure no to overtrain, make sure your protein intake is 1.5 to 2 gram per pound of body weight. Limit protein drinks to no more than two aday because your best source of protein is food protein such as chicken breast, tuna, fish,ect.

i like to combine strength training 4-6 reps with bodybuilding training 8-12 reps.

and always get your rest, good night sleep to allow the muscle some growing and recup time.

HUGE Bump.Do NOT up your test up your Kcal intake instead. Remember FOOD is the most anabolic substance you can put in your body.

Hey bro I've been on test e for a month now and I feel absolutely nothing. Any strength increase in the gym is because of my diet....and my strength hasn't gone up much either. I don't look any different I think I have a total of 2 zits on my back now.lol I did give androl a try that shot up some weight all water made me feel like shit emotionally so now it's just back to the test. Just letting you know that your not alone bro and I've been pretty depressed about my cycle but I keep reading that it can take up to 6 weeks and then BOOM. I'm still waiting for that boom hopefully it shouldn't be far from now. I also don't feel any hornier....although my mind hasn't been on women just working out but I'm not complaining about that one at all. As far as my diet I don't have the patience to type it in but trust me it's ALOT. All good shit one cheat meal here and there but I'm eating like a champion.

Trust me once I feel that BOOM kick in everyone here will know about it. Stay patient bro like I have been and try not to let it get you down emotionally like it has done to me everything's going to work out just fine.
