Basically my question is since i'm having a very hard time feeling muscle soreness the day after my workouts while on winstrol, how do I know if i’m under training or over training?

I am taking 40mgs ED injected and I'm on my 12th day. I can definitely feel the strength and endurance gains now. I've been doing about 4-5 different lifts at 4-5 sets at 8-15 reps per muscle group. Normally this will exhaust my muscle after the workout and it will make me pretty sore the next day. Right now I feel like I could keep going if I wanted to and I don’t feel but tightness in the muscle the next day. Should I increase volume? Should I increase my intensity and keep the reps down?

I will be on winstrol for another 2 maybe 3 weeks. My primary goal is fat loss and to increase muscle hardness.

Don't use muscle soreness as a signal that you had a successful workout.

Diet can have an effect on having a pump or tightness the next day. If you're cycling carbs, you should feel it more on high carb days.

Yeah I am going to failure.

And yeah I am cycling carbs and I do feel it more when I eat more carbs. It makes sense now. Thats weird. I would think it would be opposite.

I'm on a almost zero carb diet, still I can feel the pump a lot, all you have to do is feel the pump.

Do you never carb up? Thats pretty intense.
I've been training my ass off. Six days a week. On three of those days I go in twice and work out my core. These are the days that I eat carbs in 3 or 4 of my meals. On the three days that I only lift once I do cardio in the mornings. These are the days that I only eat carbs once maybey twice a day. On these days I try to keep my intake below 40 g's.

In the past three weeks I've gone from 212 at around 12% body fat to 214-215lbs at just about 10%. Obviously the winstrol is a factor but thats why I'm using it. I'm very satisfied with my results so far considering im not starving my self or throwing up in the gym. Hope fully by the end of the month I can get down to 8-9% bodyfat while maintaining my weight. I will post some pictures then.

No bro, it has been working for me so far, I think I'll stick to it.

If it's not broke, don't fix it. I have to have two carb up days or I would get very evil. Not cycling carbs right now.
