Ok, so I completely tore my right rotator cuff.......probably @ 2 months ago. I've stopped training since the beginning of the month, had the mri done and will go to talk to the guy who will do my surgery monday. I am still on cycle but minimum doses....Test enth 400mg/week and 600mg eq/ week. I asume that I should stop gear and do pct now.....any things I should be aware of or consider doing as to not conflict with my surgery. I believe they will want blood work done, anyone know of any problems that might arise?
only thing i`ve ever heard of is problems with high blood pressure make sure you tell the doc your sauseing it might make the difference between life or death as for the shoulder bro i feel for you i did the same thing 2 yrs ago at work and man i have never felt pain that bad in my life all the best to you man yer gonna need it
thanx bro, my surgeon does the shoulders for the states pro baseball team. supposed to be the best....this helps my concerns, ya know......can't be that bad.
WTF!!!!!! I just injured my rotator cuff too! Dont know if its torn but will see:( I g for an MRI soon. How long did it take ya'll to get back to 90-100% Thanks bros I feel ya FF
took me a good 6 mos b4 i hit the gym again and even then it wasalmost a torture sesion at times and still to this day it hurts every now and then and its going on 2 yrs now
mountainman.....6 months huh? Damn......that's longer than I'm hoping for. Did you get the micro surgery done or did they have to open you up?
Until you get it sorted rest the upper body. You will regain all the lost mass in a month or so so dont worry muscle memory works. I took 4 or 5 months out the gym and got back my strenght after about 5 or 6 weeks. First few sessions were shit but got into the groove quick. When you do go back try everything ligth to feel what exercises aggivate it. If something is bad then DO NOT DO IT - even if you think it will be bad for your physique. Like I dont do wide lat pull downs or chins - not ideal but you have to make do and your body will thank you for it. KOP is the man when it come to shoulder injury search for his posts and you will find a wealth of advice. good luck bro and DO KEEP US POSTED!!!
My condolences bro! A friend of mine tore his last week at the gym, but his case seems to be worse, the doc told him NO training for 3 months after the surgery and of course no juice either. He was right in the middle of his cycle and has to do a little tapering down. I suggest that, especially if you're doing test. Hope you get better soon bro.
i had the micro surg done actually the least pain outta the whols deal was the surgery they give lotts o good pain killers but when that all runs out is whenn it really sucks no matter what they tell you DO NOT TRY TO RUSH YOUR BODY it may seem like its takeing forever but let it frikken heal no matter what any one tell you it takes time to heal !!!!lots of it ,,,, i unfortyuneately didn`t and rushed back to work only to mess it up again after 2 months of heal time
