FOR CARB SENSITIVE PEOPLE >>>>u can use alot more polyunsaturated fats like (flaxseed, olive oil etc) and more complex carbs (brown rice, yams, oats...) Try putting the oils in your shakes and the oats in too...I learned it from Dante/Dogcrapp training and all my friend use it too...
