Hey Guys im doin my 2nd bulkin cycle (3rd cycle total) I got really fat of my first cycle ... can u give me some tips on how to keep the fat off ??? im taking 500 over maintenace right now , Should i keep the cardio 3x 20min post workout? run clen? run t3?? Im at 11% right now

This is an average of 800 grams a day. I didn't know it's a good idea to have dextrose in your pre-workout shake. Also I didn't know ephedrine could be harmful to the ole prostate. Guess I am learning!

Thanks I am going to post some more recent pics here shortly...once I defurrr and maybe tan a bit....currently 292 after a 2 week active resting period in which training was done wimpy style fast rep tempo and lighter weight than my usual ball busting 1 set per bodypart after a lot of warming up and super slow tempo speed. It's funny how we see ourselves as I feel like I am 220, when I stepped on the scale to get a starting point for the next phase of growth it said 292. Fk it I won't weigh again for 4-6 weeks in which I hope to be 310...if I don't get sick first.
