My Mom is hypothyroid. I do not have the best metabolism as I gain fat pretty easily. So I went to get my thyroid levels checked out and they are ok, very normal. So why do I gain fat easily? What are the other factors in this? I know it's all about diet, and I know how to diet, but for me to keep fat off permantley, I would have to be dieting my whole life. Any idea's?.... Thanks...
I think insulin has alot to do with it also....bump for more info
