Hi All. I am totally new to the steroids and was wondering where to start. I'm 41 and overweight 6'6" and 350 and lift 4-5days a week but am looking for some help with the gains and weight loss. Could you suggest something I could start out with that could help me out without breaking the budget?
Thank You and Take Care

First thing go to your Dr and get your Test and estrogen levels checked... Be aware that the armatase enzyme is within fat cells and this converts Test into estrogen... so the more fat you have the higher estrogen level you may have... High estrogen rasies Sex Hormone Binding Globulin (SHBG) this protein binds to Free Testosterone which lowers your usuable Testosterone... so you may have normal Total Testosterone yet have low Free Test and high estrogen... Estrogen upregulates more fat storage too...

So first thing get blood work done... and we will also see if you have low test levels which also contribute to more fat storage, low libido, depression, fatigue and many more things...

For now your best bet is to #1) start eating clean #2) Cardio #3) lift

Wanting to avoid negative sides?

Thinking of Testosterone Replacement Therapy, called TRT? ...

You've come to the right place for that type of questions...

----------------

Asking me where to buy or anything about purchasing steroids will first get you a warning then banning if that type of questioning continues... No exceptions! Don't even joke about it!

^^^^good advise here. I would get your bloodwork done so you will have a base to go off of. This is important.
