I just bought a few hundred pink thais (5mg Dbols) and am not sure when to take them exactly...............should i been poppin 1 every 4 to 5 hours? And when i take them should i let them dissolve in my mouth or just swallow em'............Let me know!
I spread them out through the day and just popped them in and downed it with a drink. It worked well for me.
If I don't take them with food, they bother my stomache. I used to spread them over the day, but for convenience sake now I usually do half on waking and half before working out.
I usually spread em out although many people are now taking the whole dose 1.5 hours pre workout. *side note never run dbol alone.
u will always get better absorption if u dissolve under ur tongue.. that is why that headache medecine is a powder, ur body doesnt have to break it down.. spread them out throughout the day so the level in ur body is constant
There a alot of bro's who swear by taking a big bolus, all 25-30mg, at one time. usually about an hour or so before your work out. I've done both and results are similar. I prefer the once a day big hit cause it gives me a blast thru the wrkout and I train much more intensely. overtraining is never a problem when I take the one time a day bolus.....however, i have to watch it when i spread my dose throughout the day. Don't know why this is, after all I am taking the same amount of D-bol. anyway, JMO

alot of the guys here have their own way of taking dbol..and we all get similar results...the usual is taking them spread out through out the day cause of their half lives...i find that taking half ur daily dose before ur workout and the other half post workout seem to give me the best results..and i feel pumped all day...but u have to see what works for u bro....experiment, good luck.. Most people, myself included, believe running any orals alone is a waste of gear.
I take then in the am, and in the pm right before workout. Twice a day does alright for me. Bayne
I tried both the spread out method or the whole dose at once and prefer them all at once. I'm already running some sort of test with it at the minimum and I love the kick it gives me in the gym. I always eat them an hour or an hour before and that works well for me. As you can see though, opinions vary on this.
Yah well for the last week i have taken them spread out but just today i tried poppin 4 an hour before the workout and HOLY SHIT!!........I have never gotten so pumped off of gear before, these things are for real. My muscles feel so tight and look maaadd swollen.........I had my doubts but the pink thais are def. for real and worth the coin
I think taking them all at once,or at least a few before the workout, is the best way to go so far
