hey bro t-bol is turnabol witch is good for a bulker you will get no negative sides like excess bloating and gyno. D-bol on the other hand will give you a bit more stregnth but also result is alot more water retention and fat. Its really your choice some like the feelig of the water retention becasue it makes them feel bigger but it drope after you stop using the compound. I personly only use t-bol.

also alot of ppl get debilitating lower back pumps from dbol, i know i do and it makes the workout more difficult exp when your squating or doing deads.

I just finished a 40 day cycle of 50mg of tbol daily and it was a great cycle. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to hit the gym as much as I'd have liked, and my diet was lacking, but I made some impressive gains in the beginning and maintained those. I lost 2 inches on my waist, maintained a weight of 228, and filled out in some lacking areas (chest, shoulders). I am on "PCT" right now which consists of tribulus and a product containing maca maca and nettle root. So far so good. I had minimal to zero shutdown and I had not bloat during cycle. My muscles were nice a full, and strength increased greatly. Definitely a good compound by itself, and would be a monster of one if combined with prop, tren or eq, or hell, all the above. I have done three different orals alone, var, winny, and tbol, and I got the best results with the least amount of sides with tbol. 50mg-80mg per day is what I would advise. I think any less than 40mg per day would be a waste.

I agree with Cannons.Tbol is awesome shit.I think 50-80mg/day would be an effective dose.I have used it with T.Enanthate.I would run it with an injectible,unless you are scared of needles.

I took 40mg/ed for 16 wks along with 500mg/wk T.Enan and I was fine.I weighed 190lbs at the time and I am confident I could have tolerated 80mg/day alone.

This is good to know. i have wanted to give this a try since reading about it in the old "world anabolic review". been seeing it come around more and more in availability.

i agree with altima the average dosage is 40-60 mgs a day,theres no need to go any higher and you will recieve noticable results on that dosage

Just started my Test Prop and Tbol cycle...taking 40mg's/day of Tbol...this is my first cycle what do you guys think about upping my dose ot Tbol to 50mg's/day or can I get just as much out of this at 40mg? I need to get as much out of the Tbol as possible...

I think you have to experiment a little to see how your body reacts.I was making some good gains at 40mg but then upped to 50 and eventually to 60.The difference between 40 and 60 for me is that the pumps are incredible.Also you have to give it a little time.I didn't really start to feel much until the third week.
I've been experimenting with "mini" cycles of Tbol, 30 mg/day for two weeks, then one week off. I'm still taking it easy because my shoulder was giving me trouble for about 6 months. Even 30 mg/day of Tbol makes a big difference for me. Right now, I don't need to go up on the weights any quicker anyway. So far, there doesn't seem to be much HTPA suppression, but this is just my impression based on how I feel and the fact my "boys" haven't shrunk. I have not gotten blood work done, so I can't say for sure. As far as orals go, it's my favorite so far. The lack of sides for me is a big plus.
I was thinking about trying the mini cycle thing as well, maybe with tbol.How are your gains using thsi method so far?Also do you do any pct or anything with it since it is such a short cycle?
