protien. Lots of it. Water. Vit c, e. solid multi. nothing else is a "must" Take whatever works for u.
so protein should do it i can eat protein rich food like fish
keep your diet clean, ya fish is good, eat alot of meals 6-7 a day, smaller portions, allways with a serving of protien. MOderate carbs, moderate fats. Get a good whey protien and drink a shake first thing when u wake up and post workout. If u arent getting enough callories, set your alarm and drink one in the middle of the night. Diet is the most important thing..i would recommend u do some research on good diet and get one into practice before u start your cycle, u will be thankful in the long run. NO sense wasting good money on gear if u arent going to be eating right and in the end not have anything to show for it but alot of pin holes in your ass....
