By theway, I NEVER read bullshit from Musclemags! So please tell me the difference between eating say 1 1/4-1 1/2 MAXIMUM grams of protein per day, and then eating 2. You have some half-decent advice for the guy, which is eat a lot, but 2 grams per pound is excessive. Especially if you have tried it and then seen the difference at correct amounts. Also 4 grams of carbs per pound of BW? 650 grams a day for this guy? That's a hell of a lot of carbs and i doubt he would burn anywhere near that amount off which then = fatass which is why so many guys gain 25-30 pounds a cycle.
