I'm about to have surgery for a partially torn pec tendon. The tendon will be reattached and possible arthroscopy will take place in order to clear the shoulder .I'll be wearing a cast for about a week and then slowly i'll progress from simple movement to movement with resistance.

I'd like to know your recommendations on the use of both supplements and drugs in order to recover as quickly as possible and get back to training.

In particular,i'd like to know of the suggested igf lr3 use protocol for my case.

Thanks in advance.

I've never used what you've asked so I can't comment on that however I'd recommend a low dose of HGH, test, and Anavar. I had a big surgery last year on a broken leg/torn ligaments and the doctors were somehow amazed at my recovery time being cut in half

The surgery wasn't fun. I have a 9" rod in my leg.

there was a study where they put casts in people to immobilise muscles; & gave creatine to stop muscle wasting, it seemed to work v. well. I'll try to find the ref. glutamine also good because even with minor surgery you will be catabolic for at least a few days

So 2 times per day of 2gr CEE+10 grams glutamine would be ok ?

For the rest i'm thinking something like 3-4x per week 50mcg igflr3+500mg every week EQ+400mg every week test .Plus glucosamine, chondroitin, msm.
How does that look ?
Can i substitute gh with igf and still get the desired healing effect ?

Unfortunately just coming off orals and cannot go back for liver enzyme issues.
