Hey all
Just a quick question about water retention. Do you guys have to adjust your sodium (salt) up or down when cycling, or just make sure its stable?
Cheers IC

I personally drop my sodium altogether. All the sodium I get is from my food but do not supplement further.

I would keep the sodium in moderation. Obviously you should keep your water intake higher than normal since you are cycling. Everytime you make a pit stop you loose some sodium. Therefore, I would not cut the sodium out completely. N.V.S also gave you good advice although it all depends on your diet. Depending what you eat and are you planning to compete.

I never use salt personally, unless garlik counts. I did wonder about the extra drinking water recomendation flushing this out... But i guess the spread of meals and higher than normal protein should suffice.
Cheers all ! IC 🙂
