A mate of mine :p is currently running a cycle which requires ED shots and is running out of places to shoot. Currently shooting 1ml ED in Glutes, Delts and Quads ( a total of 6 sites). I know that the "normal" recommendation is to shoot not more frequently than weekly, but would it be OK to shoot E6D considering the small volume? Otherwise, where else can he shoot? Considering that the delts are a painful inject and I am sure that calves, Bi's, Tri's would be crippling.. Any comments welcome.

tris are painless, 6 day rotation is fine.

Mate I try and rotate but to be honest I often get lazy and use the delts repeatedly. Never had a problem with it if using 25 gauge pins and low volume inj (1-2 ml) Is your friend using homebrew? If so then it shouldnt be too painful should it? My friend SWIM has just finished 3 weeks on Tren And Prop and was using 50 mg Tren and 100 mg Prop ED and didnt have too many painful shots (2-3 out of 21). He makes all his oils at 5% BA or less and uses BB to thin them out. BTW, heloved the tren results but the night sweats and difficulty sleeping suck big time. ๐Ÿ™‚

Bump for tri shots. one of my favourites. and as mraust92 said, repeated delt shots are fine. i also favour them more than any other site whilst having frequent shots.

Thanks Guys, Very much appreciated ๐Ÿ™‚ Looks like the consensus opinion is that E6D shots will be fine and cause no issues, so that is good enough for me.

Oh - Using homebrew, but for some reason the delts especially were painful to the extent that it hurt turning over when in bed...

So, this is where you start to look forward to accumulating scar tissue

Try different places in your delts, glutes and thighs. Not all over the place but slightly different e.g side and rear delt. It helps. Be careful wuth glutes though, you have to stick in the same relative area (top right quarter)

I have had to shoot in a heap of spots, and even every 4 days has not been an issue... I think it also depends on: Overall muscle size, Size of shots, Quantity of shot.... I hit bis, tris, delts, lats, calves, thighs, pecs... all with no drama... Using tren/prop atm ... zero pain..... 1%BA 5%BB...... sweeeet! Cheers

My mate was mainly site injecting into his tris and biceps. He'll alternate between them every 2nd day, but has tried 4 days continuously on bicep and 3 days on tris. Nothin bad happened to him, he got used to the pain and have a kick ass scar so hard that it makes his bicep higher ๐Ÿ˜€ ๐Ÿ˜€ The only worries he has is whether the BA and BB will affect the joint cartilage especially the elbow on a long term inj basis like that. Any comments?

Getting back to Bigmans question. I am a big advocate of pecs shots. They are easy to do self-administer and the pain (if any at all) is akin to a good pec workout. just my 2c
