how can u inject the biceps and aspirate with only one hand??

I hold the syringe in one hand (kinda in a stabbing motion) and use my thumb to pull back the plunger. Its a little awkward.

I do the same but the needle is all over the place...it really sucks.

yeah i hear ya on the clen shakes. cant stand it when i cant get a firm grasp on that pin.
